Pasta Fresca, from the Marcato Classic line, is a pasta mixerfor home use from the 3 Facile family, which kneads and prepares fresh home-made pasta.

In addition to the mixer, the set includes the handy 'Misurone' measuring cup to measure out the various ingredients separately and 3 accessories for Lasagne, Tagliolini and Fettuccine.

Pasta Fresca can be used to prepare dough for pasta, piadinas, pizza, bread, Berliners, bagels, tortillas, pretzels and much more, in just 4 minutes, and up to 750g at a time. The mixer blade kneads the ingredients simulating wrist action to obtain smooth, compact and elastic dough in just a few minutes.

It is possible to purchase 5 extra pasta cutting accessories, separately, to make 5 more pasta shapes, in addition to the accessories that it comes with, to make lasagne, tagliolini and fettuccine.

Pasta Fresca prepares any type of dough, it is built with food-grade ABS and with the rollers of its accessories in anodised aluminium alloy, it ensures 100% wholesome pasta.

The warranty provided by Marcato SpA is 2 years for the electrical components and 10 years for the accessories.
