PURCHASE RETURNS
If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with your order is within 14 working days after receiving the package can return the item for exchange. Return orders are paid by the buyer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN
To obtain permission to return, the customer must send a request to market@akita-jp.eu within 14 days from receipt of order. You must specify in writing the order number, the reason for the return. For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer or PayPal in the choice of the customer within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel.
For orders paid by Paypal or bank transfer will be refunded to the buyer within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel.
The time required for the amount to be visible on the application card associated with your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
For orders paid by cash refund will be made by transfer to a bank account or via PayPal.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On the orders that will be formalized return must necessarily be present labels and tags, packing box. This product should not be used.
Include in the package with the product invoice or receipt.
If the customer receives defective goods Bazar AKITA JP di Olga Alymova has the right to photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of goods on its territory.
Bazar AKITA JP di Olga Alymova does not accept returned goods if the return does not meet all the conditions stipulated in return. In such cases, the product will be returned to the sender.
