Description

Marcato Marga Motor (110V) hand - motorized grain mill flakes and flour

The Marcato Marga Motor (110V) is an exceptional tool for preparing cereal flakes and grinding flour in mere minutes. It grinds and flakes soft-wheat grains such as oat, barley, and rye, as well as hard and durum-wheat grains such as summer and winter wheats, spelt, kamut, rice, and buckwheat.

The Marcato Marga Motor (110V) uses three rollers that rotate at different speeds. The rollers are powered either by the handle provided, or by the "Pastadrive Motor" accessory. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted from the 6-position adjustment knob:

  • use setting 0 (shown in red) for finely ground flour;
  • use settings 1 to 3 for cereal flakes with different flake cuts.

Fresh flakes are made by crushing grain seeds, whereas flour of any sort is made by grinding fresh flakes through the rollers: re-discover the genuine flavour of home-made food by making pasta with home-milled flour, or having breakfast with fresh flakes.

Marcato Marga Motor (110V) is made with chrome-plated steel, with anodised aluminium alloy rollers to produce absolutely pure and wholesome flours and grains.

Marga Mulino gives you the ability to make your own, fresh breakfast flakes. Consuming freshly cut flakes ensures you enjoy not only the freshest flavor, but also the full nutritional benefit of the grains.

Important:
1. Do not use in the dishwasher
2. Do not clean with metal objects
3. Clean with a toothpick or a small brush
